Star-Studded Crowd Attended “Done Different” Launch Party for Hennessy Black
On May 5, 2009, Hennessy USA launched Hennessy Black, a new highly versatile blend “done different” that will take Hennessy beyond the Cognac category to be the premium mixed drink of choice. Hennessy Black is perfect for being enjoyed UP (as shots) or DOWN (as mixed drinks), and so too were the celebrities in attendance at the launch party in NYC. An original song by Swizz Beats and original dance by the JabbaWockeeZ, showcased a contrast of UP and DOWN style.
Guests who stopped by the event in their support were: Kim Kardashian (“Keeping Up With The Kardashians”), Ciara (her new album Fantasy Ride comes out May 5), Idris Elba (“Obsessed,” “The Office”), Joy Bryant (“Bobby,” “Get Rich Or Die Trying”), Donnie Wahlberg (New Kids On The Block), Chrisette Michelle (Recording Artist), Kat DeLuna (Recording Artist), Fabolous (Rapper) Jim Jones (Rapper), and Vernon Davis (San Francisco 49ers) will enjoy performances from Bronx-native superstar producer Swizz Beats and the JabbaWockeeZ (“America’s Best Dance Crew”).
